Luz Saúde ACE is looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join the Infrastructure Maintenance and Equipment Directorate and participate in the technical management of infrastructure and facilities, contributing to their efficiency, safety, and proper functioning.

· Support the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities;

· Collaborate in the management of contracts and technical service providers;

· Monitor interventions in electrical installations, HVAC systems, water networks, elevators, and other technical equipment;

· Support document management and the control of maintenance processes;

· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for improvement and optimization of facilities;

· Collaborate on renovation, expansion, or improvement projects for buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop skills in a multidisciplinary area, with guidance and continuous training.
