Category Management Lead - Carpentry and Building Materials

• I define and implement my category strategy based on customer listening and ensure the construction of an omnichannel and multi-format offering in interdependence with the Ecosystem;

• I integrate into the construction of the offering the MDH (Private Label) strategy and development, Positive Products, and Carbon Footprint Reduction;

• I analyze the market and anticipate trends and innovations for the continuous development and capture of the business;

• I build the sourcing strategy, promise, and stock policy for my category and negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers;

• I monitor the performance and profitability of my category, ensuring the competitiveness of the offering;

• I ensure proximity to Operations through store visits and monitoring implementation processes and new store openings, ensuring active listening to the needs of the internal customer.

• Academic training at the Bachelor's degree level in Management or Engineering fields;

• Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Product Management and/or Sourcing, preferably in sectors such as Metalworking, Building Materials, or Wood, Furniture, and Carpentry;

• Strong analytical capacity and a highly data-oriented profile, with a strong capacity for processing and interpreting metrics;

• Capacity for negotiation, influence, and interdependence;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Orientation towards the Customer, the business, and results;

• Solid knowledge of English.
