• I provide proactive, personalized, and mobile service, establishing the foundations for creating a relationship of trust that ensures the loyalty of the Resident Customer;

• I am responsible for selling solutions to the Customer, correctly anticipating and detecting the needs of the Resident Customer, supporting them in the process of choosing the best solution (product + complements + service) to satisfy their need;

• I have in-depth knowledge of the product offering in my section and its complements, conveying confidence and professionalism to the Resident Customer;

• I know, propose, and sell the various services made available by LEROY MERLIN in my store, and their advantages: delivery, installation, Cartão da Casa, maintenance, financing, energy certification, roof bars, tool rental, and van rental, among others;

• I participate in the preparation and implementation of OPCOMs, new collections, POGs, podiums, and toppers, contributing to the projection of attractive commercial spaces, in interdependence with the Store Logistics team;

• I contribute to the good quality of the stock in my section, ensuring the necessary action plans for the treatment of AVS, non-movers, excess stock, and mitigation of visual out-of-stocks, ensuring the flow of communication with the Store Logistics team;

• I follow up on quotes, ensuring contact with the Customer.

• Educational Qualifications at the level of 12th grade/ Professional Technical Course;

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a salesperson;

• Good computer skills from a user perspective;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Good communication skills, strong orientation towards business and results;

• Spirit of initiative, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship;

• A passion for the Customer and their needs;

• A passion for technical products and their application;
