Warehouse and Logistics Director | Multimoto (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Director to lead the logistics operation, ensuring efficient management of the warehouse, teams, and operational flows, contributing to the excellence of the service provided.

Valued requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or solid knowledge of Mechanics (Motorcycles) - Plus;

- Experience in warehouse management and logistics operations;

- Experience in leadership and team management;

- Ability for planning, organization, and priority management;

- Resilient, proactive profile with a strong decision-making capacity;

- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operation of the warehouses, ensuring the reception/dispatch, preparation, assembly, and storage of vehicles in stock;

- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, promoting continuous improvement of processes;

- Coordinate the management of loading, unloading, containers, and other logistical operations;

- Lead the vehicle assembly team, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines;

- Ensure stock control and the correct organization of the warehouse;

- Articulate communication with the sales department, after-sales, and other areas;

- Implement best practices in logistics, safety, and operational management;
