What we're looking for
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in Traffic Operator or similar roles, preferably in the distribution sector.
- Fluency in Portuguese (oral and written).
- Computer literacy from a user perspective, preferably in Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role
A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Traffic Operator for a leading company in the transport and logistics sector located in Braga.
What you'll do
- Deliver physical documentation, indicate pre-defined routes, and assign keys and vehicles at the start of the shift.
- Maintain continuous contact (via telephone or radio) with drivers on the road to provide support in case of delivery doubts.
- Register electronically the departure and arrival times of each truck at the logistics platform.
- Resolve immediate problems, such as reporting a mechanical breakdown to the workshop or instructing the driver on what to do if a customer rejects merchandise.
- Validate whether the Transport Guides and delivery proofs have returned duly signed and stamped by the customers.
- Insert the information collected throughout the day into the computer system so that customers can track their orders.
How you'll work
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 05:00 to 15:00.
Requirements
- Organizational skills and priority management.
Offer
- Base Salary of 965.63€.
- Meal Allowance of 8.30€.
- Vacation and Christmas pay paid in twelfths.
