Minimum schooling: 9th grade (mandatory);
Proven experience in a factory environment, preferably in the plastics industry or a similar sector;
Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication;
Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail;
Availability to work in rotating shifts;
Physical robustness to handle loads and remain standing during the working period;
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety;
Own vehicle.
Base salary: 926€ + Shift allowance: 35% = 1250€ gross;
Meal allowance: 10€/day paid via meal card;
Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00; from 16:00 to 24:00; from 00:00 to 08:00 in rotating shifts and days off;
Continuous training and professional support;
Possibility of career progression within the company.
Operate and monitor plastic production machines, ensuring their proper functioning and adjusting parameters as necessary.
Perform quality control of products, inspecting visually and using measuring equipment to ensure they meet the required standards.
Pack and label finished products in an organized and efficient manner, preparing them for shipment.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and the workplace, contributing to a safe and productive environment.
Collaborate actively with the production team, reporting anomalies and suggesting process improvements.
Fill in production and quality records with rigor and precision.
