Food Production Operator

Join our food production line in Maia, responsible for the daily preparation of fresh ingredients and the operation of the manufacturing process. You will work in a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and food hygiene.

What you will do:

- Cutting and preparation of fresh meat.
- Peeling, cutting, and grinding of fresh vegetables
- Weighing and mixing of ingredients according to defined recipes
- Manual filling of product into packaging bags
- Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Cleaning and maintenance of the work area and equipment

Profile we are looking for:

- Availability to work the following shifts: 11 PM - 8 AM and/or 3 PM - 11:30 PM
- Previous experience in professional kitchens, catering, or food production (preferred)
- Sense of responsibility and compliance with hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a team and in a production line environment
- Availability for fixed shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
- Availability to work Saturdays, holidays, and overtime when necessary

Contractual conditions:

- Fixed-term employment contract
- Base salary: 920€ + Meal Allowance: 7€ (on card)
