Production Operator

Due to the launch of new projects, we intend to reinforce our Production team. We are looking for motivated people to join a dynamic industrial environment, where the main responsibilities include:

• Feeding the production line;
• Operating production machines and equipment, including semi-automatic machines;
• Performing the assembly and installation of antennas and associated components;
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards;
• Collaborating in the organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the workstation;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.

• Minimum schooling at the 9th-grade level;
• Proficiency in the Portuguese language;
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Friday
  • 1st shift: 06:00–15:00
  • 2nd shift: 15:00–00:00
  • 3rd shift: 00:00–06:00
• Availability for overtime and weekend support, when necessary; 
• Residence in Vila Real or surroundings and the ability to ensure independent commuting to the company;
• Sense of responsibility and motivation to learn.
