What we're looking for
-Education level at the 9th grade;
-Relevant experience as a Contact Center Assistant;
-Driver's License - category B;
-Strong communication skills and empathy;
-Stress resistance;
-Planning and organizational skills;
-Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base salary of 940€;
- Meal allowance of 10.20€ on a meal card;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Location: Campo Maior;
- Initial and continuous training.

-Reception and handling of calls from national and international customers;
-Registration and categorization of calls in CRM platforms, TECOPS, or similar;

-Troubleshooting of technical and commercial calls;
-Performing Outbound calls to request information from customers, troubleshooting, commercial, and technical;
-Reception and handling of emails, letters, or faxes from customers.
