Minimum professional experience of 5 years in backend development.
Solid experience with Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Experience in the development and integration of APIs.
Knowledge of Git and messaging systems (Queue Messaging), namely Kafka or equivalents.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
Ability to develop and maintain applications, identify best practices and produce technical documentation.
Experience in mentoring junior developers, distributing tasks and monitoring deliverables.
Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and production support teams.
Good communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, analytical thinking and team spirit.
Professional experience in the banking sector.
Knowledge of document management, OCR and GenAI.
Experience with Cloud platforms, namely Azure and AWS.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development.
Regime: Hybrid - Lisbon (2 days in person and 3 days remote per week).
Availability: Up to 30 days, preferably less.
Gross Monthly Salary: €1,400-€1,600 per month.
