What we're looking for

  • Experience in Office and Windows support;

  • Experience in microcomputing support;

  • Experience in telephone customer service;

  • Knowledge of remote access for troubleshooting end users;

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in similar roles will be valued;

  • ITIL course and/or certification (will be valued);

Languages

  • English - minimum B1;

  • Provide technical support to users;

  • Identify and resolve software and hardware related issues using troubleshooting techniques;
