Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional and systems analysis.

  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify functional and technical needs.

  • Good communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders.

  • At least one certification is mandatory: ITIL Foundation, CBAP, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Work Model: Hybrid - Lisbon.

Salary Range: €2,200-€2,600 gross per month.
