Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources projects.

  • Experience in functional and technical analysis of HR systems.

  • Knowledge of SAP HR / SAP HCM.

  • Experience in the analysis of integrations between systems.

  • Gathering and documentation of functional and technical requirements.

  • Ability to identify and analyze gaps.

  • Knowledge of Registration, Payroll, and Work Provision processes.

Nice to have

  • Participation in requirement gathering workshops.

  • Experience in HR system integration and transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary Range: €1,100-€1,400 gross monthly.
