What you'll do

Profile for table and counter service, basic knowledge of catering, and a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person with a passion for customer contact and a team spirit.

Main duties and requirements.

Review the status of products, check expiration dates, and ensure compliance with appropriate storage conditions. Remove from sale any products that are not in marketable condition, in order to guarantee food safety, avoid improper sale, and minimize shrinkage of a high-value assortment.

Set up and organize tasting spaces, promotional actions, and special activities, according to the defined guidelines, in order to boost sales and provide a differentiating experience to the department's customers.

Organize shelves, display cases, and exhibition areas, ensuring their presentation is careful, attractive, and organized. Update labels, prices, and signage whenever necessary, ensuring correct information for the customer and contributing to the commercial enhancement of the products and the space.

Inform customers about the characteristics, origin, and usage recommendations of gourmet products, referring more complex questions to the sales team, in order to guarantee a high level of advice and service in the Gourmet space.

Replenish the department's merchandise, ensuring product availability and the correct rotation of the assortment. Perform the recording of stock movements, orders, and incidents in the internal systems, ensuring inventory reliability and contributing to the efficient management of products and procurement.

Clean surfaces, display cases, and utensils, ensuring the application of the hygiene, cleaning, and conservation procedures defined for the department, in order to guarantee compliance with sanitary and food safety standards.
