Responsible for the organization and coordination of the services provided in the bar(s), as well as their team, in the absence of the Bar Manager, ensuring the quality of service in delivery to the customer.
• Organize, coordinate and execute Bar services in the absence of the Bar Manager;
• Manage the Bar team in the absence of the Bar Manager, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
• Ensure compliance with Service and Quality procedures;
• Assist the Bar Manager in receiving customers;
• Direct morning tasks and "Mise-en-Place"
• Take customer orders and make suggestions regarding the menu;
• Substitute the Sommelier in their absence or perform those functions when they are not present;
• Close and check the restaurant accounts;
• Ensure good coordination, cooperation and environment between the various areas (dining room and bar) as well as with the other departments;
• Provide support in stock control and ensure underlying inventories;
• Ensure the good presentation of the Bar;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
