What we're looking for

12th grade of schooling, with professional training in the area of Mechatronics or similar;
2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles;

Nice to have

Technical knowledge of the automotive industry - preferred;
Knowledge of English - preferred;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely, Excel;

We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the Trucks and Buses | Industrial Equipment team, in São João da Talha.

What you'll do

Manage the relationship and contact with Customers, identifying their needs and expectations;
Receive services and proceed with their guidance for execution by the technical team;
Perform the planning of the workshop workload;
Prepare and present quotes to Customers, as well as proposals for complementary services;
Identify parts for the preparation of quotes;
Perform market inquiries for the acquisition of parts and services;
Perform customer follow-up;
Promote the sale of other complementary services.
