Requirements
What we're looking for
- Profile with technical and functional skills, oriented towards application support and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems from a user perspective.
Nice to have
- Technical and functional knowledge in the banking sector, digital payments, or eCommerce.
- Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Who are we looking for?
What you'll do
- Ensure application and operational support, guaranteeing the maintenance of service levels.
- Monitor applications and systems, managing alerts and identifying possible anomalies.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents and problems, both internal and external.
- Understand application flows and perform the respective functional analysis.
- Analyze, document, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.
- Provide application support during working hours, with a rotating night standby regime among team members.
How you'll work
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x per week in the Lisbon office).
