What we're looking for
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
- Experience in IT project management and C-level stakeholder management
- Experience in the financial and payments area and/or digital solutions area
- Microsoft Project
- Other Microsoft Tools (outlook, word, excel, power point, visio)
- Atlassian JIRA / Confluence /Atlas
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to organize and structure information
- High oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage Stakeholders from different structures
- Strong team spirit
- Critical spirit and analytical thinking
- Strong capacity for learning and working autonomously
- Flexibility in adapting to technological contexts

What you'll do
- Formalization of status and reporting to project stakeholders
- Risk identification and management
- Project tracking and monitoring throughout the different phases
- Apply project management best practices within the team
- Definition of the project plan together with the different teams (internal and client)
- Systematization of the solution to be implemented by the client
How you'll work
Location: Lisbon
Work regime: Hybrid (3x per week in the office).
