• Administer and configure the Zendesk and Genesys platforms, according to business needs.
• Manage users, profiles, and access permissions.
• Analyze and resolve incidents.
• Support the implementation of improvements and the evolution of the platforms.
• Provide support to the teams using the platforms.

• Hands-on experience in the administration and configuration of Zendesk and Genesys.
• Experience in application support and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and order management.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Work regime: Hybrid (3x per week in the office in Lisbon).
