Application Support

We are looking for a professional to join the Application Support team, responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support, service monitoring, and incident resolution. We value experience in Unix/Linux environments, knowledge of SQL/MySQL, scripting, and REST APIs. We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, team spirit, and a focus on the continuous improvement of processes and service quality.

• 2nd and 3rd line application support

• Know the procedures and participate in the task automation process

• Management, monitoring, and control of service levels

• Identification of problems and implementation of monitoring solutions for service control.

• Communication with Technical/Functional teams

• Construction and updating of documentation and support materials for service support

• Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools.

• Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems

• Application Support during working hours, with a night standby regime alternated with other team members.

• Development of tools and processes within the scope of service management

• At least 3 years of experience and 2nd and 3rd Line application support

• Strong functional analysis component

• Knowledge of SQL/MYSQL

• Scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash; Python; Perl)

• Knowledge of ethernet networks (TCP/IP)

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Use of UNIX/Linux operating systems
