Application Integration Support Engineer

Professional experience in application support, middleware, or integration platforms.

Experience in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of application environments.

Knowledge of APIs, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.

Experience in technical troubleshooting, log analysis, problem diagnosis, and root cause identification (root cause analysis).

Experience in incident and problem management in production environments.

Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.

Knowledge of scripting and automation, namely Shell, PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.

Knowledge of relational databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams in resolving technical problems.

Experience in updates, patch application, and upgrades of platforms and services.

Ability to produce technical documentation and support procedures.

Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Good communication skills, team spirit, and a problem-solving orientation.

Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).

Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, or TIBCO Administrator.

In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration platforms and middleware.

Experience with operations automation and technical procedures.

Knowledge of optimization, tuning, and monitoring of application platforms.

Experience in complex enterprise environments, with high availability and reliability requirements.
