Clinic Buyer (M/F)

Integrating into the Clinic Business Unit, your mission will be to support the department in the processes inherent to commercial activity, alongside suppliers and internal teams, in line with the company's strategy.

• Ensure the procurement of products, parts, and consumables necessary for the Clinic business, performing purchases and stock monitoring;
• Execute the purchasing process for items from the referral and order request, through to delivery at the warehouse;
• Guarantee the collection and analysis of information relating to the department's sales;
• Manage material inflow and outflow situations with logistics/accounting, with stores and/or suppliers, as well as critical After-Sales Service problems;
• Support the communication flow between the department and the stores;
• Update and maintain the Department's item database, contacting the various stakeholders necessary for information updates (product managers, suppliers, stores, After-Sales Service, etc.);
• Ensure constant updates on new trends and business possibilities.
