Buyer (Abóboda Factory)

Manage purchasing and sourcing activities to ensure that goods and services are selected, negotiated, and delivered on time, at the best value, and in line with company purchasing policies.

• Analyse internal purchasing and sourcing requests and identify the most appropriate suppliers and sourcing approach.
• Manage end-to-end RFP processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee projects with subcontractors and follow up on them across the full purchasing cycle, from initiation to completion.
• Select suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
• Ensure purchasing decisions meet business needs and comply with company policies and standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Monitor internal stakeholder satisfaction and address purchasing-related needs.
• Track, monitor, and report purchasing activities and performance.
• Define and implement purchasing action plans and assess their effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and ways of working.

Buyer (Abóboda Factory)

• Solid knowledge and experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related area.
• Good understanding of business needs and their impact on procurement activities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evaluate different sources of information and recommend effective solutions.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Able to work independently with a moderate level of guidance.
