Alverca Central Logistics Assistant

Embedded within the Logistics team, your mission will be to coordinate and monitor logistics operations as well as teams, ensuring compliance with procedures, process quality, safety, operational efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

• Monitor, train, and manage the teams in your area of operation;
• Daily monitoring of the team in compliance with logistics procedures, namely the reception, checking, labeling, and dispatch of B2C and B2B goods and orders, as well as the management of returns and transfers;
• Ensure the correct storage and handling of goods;
• Support the performance of periodic audits on process quality;
• Collaborate in the document management associated with logistics flows, ensuring the correct updating of systems and effective communication with other departments;
• Participate in the identification of non-conformities and in the implementation of corrective actions;
• Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines, optimization of logistics resources, and the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Availability for Full-time, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
