• Welcome, assist, and advise the customer with sympathy and authenticity, ensuring a memorable experience

• Sell products and services with confidence and transparency

• Ensure a fast and efficient experience when paying for products and services

• Support store logistics (reception, checking, and arranging merchandise)

• Full‑time (40h/week): rotating schedules and days off

• Part‑time (25h and 20h/week): fixed or rotating schedules, with rotating days off

• Passion for the customer and for service

• A liking for technological products (IT, Telecom, Gaming, Photo, Sound), SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) and MDA (Major Domestic Appliances)

• Rigor, responsibility, and focus on the solution
