Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical or higher education in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or a similar field.
Technical knowledge in electrical installations, HVAC, water, and Fire Safety Systems (SCIE).
Experience in maintenance contract management and/or Facilities Management.
Leadership, coordination, and development skills for multidisciplinary teams.
Strong orientation towards the customer and towards achieving results.
Planning, organization, and priority management skills.
Knowledge and experience in the use of CMMS tools.
Good communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and the legal requirements associated with technical maintenance.

The role

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure the execution of maintenance plans in accordance with contractual requirements.
Coordinate technical teams and subcontracted companies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
Identify and implement actions that promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment.
Monitor technical interventions in the areas of electrical installations, HVAC, water, and Fire Safety (SCIE).
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
Coordinate and monitor audits, inspections, and technical surveys.
Support the definition and implementation of continuous improvement plans.
