Maintenance Management Specialist - Electrical Installations

• Define and promote the standardization of technical management and maintenance of electrical equipment and installations in stores;
• Manage processes relating to Energy Certificates, TGE (Energy Management Technicians) and TREIE (Responsible Electrical Installation Technicians), in conjunction with contracted external entities;
• Carry out performance evaluations of electrical installations (failure and risk analysis) and service providers;
• Establish contact with stores and internal departments in order to ensure the necessary parameters for the electrical equipment/installations defined for the company;
• Contribute to the definition of the best solutions for electrical equipment, monitoring their implementation across all properties, in line with established guidelines;
• Support the Indirect Procurement team in defining new solutions and suppliers for electrical equipment;
• Monitor the evolution of investment values and preventive/corrective maintenance, and contribute to the decision-making for the acquisition of electrical equipment.
