What you'll do
Satisfy customers' shopping needs, ensuring quality service and proper order management, in accordance with the company's needs and customer expectations, contributing to the fulfillment of the qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the company.
Main duties and requirements.
- Advise and assist customers during the purchasing process, providing detailed information about products and ensuring a quality service that responds to their needs.
- Maintain adequate stock control, ensuring product availability and communicating replenishment needs.
- Perform after-sales follow-up, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty.
- Perform all activities related to sales, in order to reach or exceed the objectives established by the company.
