You may develop your activity in different areas, according to the needs of the Campaign and your profile:

• Cashier;
• Replenishment;
• Order preparation;
• Warehouse;
• Sales and customer service;
• Catering;
• Telephone service.
• You will assist and advise customers, contributing to a close, efficient, and satisfying shopping experience;
• You will collaborate with your team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations;
• You will support the different needs inherent to the Christmas Campaign.

Perform post-sales follow-up with the customer to verify their satisfaction and resolve incidents, in order to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.

Propose complementary products and services suitable to the detected need, to increase the average ticket and customer engagement.

Maintain the implementation, labeling, pricing, and order of the area according to defined criteria, to ensure correct information for the customer and the commercial attractiveness of the space.

Perform sales, payment, return, and order processing operations in accordance with established procedures, to ensure transaction accuracy and service agility.

Control the availability of the assortment in their area, replenish products, and report replenishment needs, to avoid out-of-stock situations for high-turnover references.

Attend to and advise the customer on the area's assortment, providing information on characteristics, price, and alternatives, to guide their purchasing decision and achieve the assigned sales objective.
