Perform basic cafeteria or restaurant service tasks, under the supervision of the Coordinator, supporting preparation, dining room service, and customer service, in order to ensure service agility in accordance with the parameters defined by the Hotel Management.

Main duties and requirements.

Apply hygiene, preservation, and food handling standards, as well as complete the records under their responsibility, in order to guarantee compliance with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) self-control system.

Perform basic food and beverage preparation, following the guidelines of the kitchen and bar service teams, in order to ensure that products are ready within the times required by the service.

Replenish products and materials at the point of sale and communicate identified needs, in order to avoid stockouts during service.

Perform the setup, service, and clearing of tables, as well as the replenishment of the counter during the working day, in order to ensure the pace of service during peak periods.

Clean and maintain the organization of tables, counters, and preparation areas, according to the established cleaning plan, in order to preserve the hygiene and food safety conditions of the space.

Attend to customers regarding simple requests and forward questions and complaints that exceed their scope of action to the person in charge, in order to ensure a swift response without compromising service quality standards.
