Actively promote the El Corte Inglés Card, providing clear and accurate information about its benefits and ensuring a positive experience for potential customers, with the aim of increasing card sign-ups and improving customer satisfaction.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

Actively promote the El Corte Inglés Card (or other company products that may be defined), to potential customers circulating in the shopping center or other designated locations. This role includes approaching customers, presenting the advantages of the card, clarifying doubts, and supporting the entire sign-up process.

Meet commercial objectives, working consistently to achieve and exceed the sales targets defined by the company.

Provide excellent service and quality assistance to current and potential customers, ensuring a positive experience in all interactions.

Ensure strict compliance with the requirements and procedures associated with the contracting and management of products and services, maintaining high standards of rigor through transparent, honest, and respectful communication.

Represent and promote the image and values of the El Corte Inglés brand, acting as an ambassador for the company at all times.
