Doutor Finanças, a reference in the credit intermediation and franchising sector, is looking for a Network Development Specialist (F/M/D) to operate in the Centre region of the country. • Implement, in the Centre of the country, the strategy defined by management;
• Manage and develop a portfolio of franchisees, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC);
• Create and implement strategic and commercial plans in collaboration with franchisees;
• Conduct regular meetings and in-person visits to support the growth of the units;
• Present weekly productivity and progress reports;
• Facilitate integration between franchisees and internal support structures;
• Develop initiatives that drive the success and autonomy of franchisees.

• Advanced computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint – mandatory);
• Organizational capacity, autonomy, and focus on results;
• Spirit of curiosity and aptitude for creating interpersonal relationships;
