Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education in Taxation, Accounting, Management, Economics, Law, or a similar field;
Relevant professional experience in taxation, tax consulting, or related areas;
Solid knowledge of IRS, capital gains taxation, wealth, and investment taxation;
CCP (Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies) or availability to obtain it within a short period after starting the collaboration;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical and legislative topics;
Ability to use practical examples and everyday situations to facilitate learning;
Technical rigor, constant updating, and an orientation towards quality;

Nice to have

Ability to deliver training in English;
Experience in financial literacy, public speaking, creation of training content, and fluency in English is valued.

Academia Doutor Finanças is looking for an External Trainer to collaborate with us in driving training sessions in the area of Taxation.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge in the subject, the ability to engage different audiences, and a desire to contribute to an excellent training experience.

What you'll do

Deliver workshops and training sessions on IRS (Personal Income Tax), real estate and movable capital gains, and other personal taxation topics;
Explain tax concepts in a simple, practical way oriented towards real cases;
Clarify participants' doubts, promoting an effective understanding of the topics covered;
Develop and update training content aligned with legislative and tax changes;
Adapt the pedagogical approach to different participant profiles;
Contribute to the creation of a dynamic, useful, and relevant training experience.
