We are looking for a Courier to join our Operations team, contributing daily to the excellence of the service provided to our customers.

Integrated into the Operations Department and reporting directly to the Lead Courier & OPS Support, your main mission will be to ensure the execution of pickups and deliveries, guaranteeing high standards of quality, safety, and customer service, in accordance with DHL's global procedures and standards.

The Operations Department is responsible for the collection, processing, and dispatch of DHL shipments, ensuring the connection to European HUBs and the national distribution network.

• Perform pickups and deliveries of shipments, complying with DHL's operational procedures and safety standards;
• Verify the documentation and the condition of shipments at the time of pickup;
• Correctly use the equipment supporting the operation (scanner/laser gun);
• Register and report operational incidents according to the defined procedures;
• Guarantee excellent service and a positive experience for customers;
• Prepare the operational reports associated with the activity;
• Ensure safe and responsible driving, immediately reporting any occurrence;
• Collaborate in the Service Center sorting activities whenever necessary;
• Identify and communicate potential business opportunities, contributing to the growth of DHL.

• 12th grade of schooling;
• Previous experience in distribution, delivery, or pickup roles (preferred);
• A driver's license for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of the geographical area of operation;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong orientation towards customers and results;
• Team spirit, cooperation, and mutual support;
• Sense of responsibility and rigor.
