What we're looking for
- Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or similar areas;
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with experience in Financial Due Diligence being valued;
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information, formulating well-founded conclusions and recommendations;
- Strong analytical, presentation, and report writing skills;
- Fluency in English (oral and written);
- Strong analytical capacity, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
- Ability to interpret financial information and transform it into business recommendations;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Motivation to work in a challenging, dynamic, and value-creation oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in projects within a transaction context, audit, or related areas;
- Work experience in direct contact with clients, ideally in a consulting or professional services context;

Help us support financial institutions and investors in making strategic decisions, through financial analysis, business valuation, and Due Diligence processes.
As part of our Finance & Valuation team, you will work on projects that help clients understand risks and contingencies in a transaction, identify opportunities, and make more informed decisions in contexts of investment, acquisition, transformation, and growth. The area combines skills in financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and transactions to support some of the most relevant decisions in the financial sector.
What you'll do
- As part of our Finance & Valuation team, you will have a central role in supporting financial institutions and investors during critical decision-making moments;
- You will participate in Financial Due Diligence projects, analyzing financial, operational, and business information to identify risks, contingencies, opportunities, and value creation factors in a transaction context;
- You will have contact with acquisition, investment, restructuring, divestment operations, and other strategic transactions in the financial and real estate sectors;
- You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders, contributing to the analysis of information and the making of recommendations that support decision-making processes;
- You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the financial and real estate sectors, understanding the challenges and trends that shape the market;
- You will transform complex data into clear and actionable insights to support decisions that make a difference in our clients' businesses.
