Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education in the areas of Informatics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar;
Years of experience: 2 to 5 years in Salesforce projects;
Experience in the development and customization of projects in Salesforce Clouds, such as: Service, Sales, CPD, Analytics, Marketing, Commerce and Experience Cloud;
Solid knowledge of architecture and design of solutions supported on Salesforce;
Official Salesforce certifications are mandatory, such as:
- Salesforce Administrator;
- Salesforce Associate;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II;
- Salesforce Platform App Builder;
We value experience in Agile project management, preferably with Scrum Master certification;
Experience working on multidisciplinary projects;
Mandatory knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form;
Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
Problem solving, analytical capacity and critical thinking;
Organization, planning and orientation towards project quality;
Customer and results orientation.

What you'll do

Integrate and actively participate in technological consulting projects focusing on the implementation of Salesforce solutions, with the possibility of operational coordination and supervision of teams;
Plan and execute autonomously the activities to be carried out in the preparation of various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
Manage daily relationships with the client responsibly and according to your sphere of action;
Translate business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices;
Task management and coordination of the technical team according to project needs;
Ensure high levels of quality for the delivered solutions;
Possibility of international projects.
