Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education (Bachelor's, Master's, or Integrated Master's degree) in the areas of Informatics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar experience in the area of Information Systems;
More than 1 year of experience in implementation and development projects in ServiceNow;
Experience in the design, implementation, and roll-out of ServiceNow (3 or more distinct full-projects);
Technical knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS;
Standards for integration with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP);
Knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form (mandatory);
Experience and mastery of project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies;
Autonomy, problem-solving capacity, and critical thinking;
Communication skills, interpersonal relationships, critical thinking, and teamwork;

Nice to have

Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred);
Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 2 of the following domains: ITSM, Discovery, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM (preferred).

What you'll do

Integrate and actively participate in technological challenges with a focus on projects involving the improvement of operations through the ServiceNow Platform;
Plan, execute and/or coordinate autonomously your activities, or those of more junior members, to be carried out in the preparation of various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream, using an Agile approach;
Manage daily interactions with the client responsibly and according to your sphere of action;
Translate business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices;
Contribute to knowledge sharing and the training of more junior team members;
Contribute to the design and development of project support documentation;
Intervene in technical support and interact with teams for national and/or international clients.
