• Support ongoing TOM processes, ensuring their progress and continuous update;
• Consolidate and communicate the status of processes, including regular reporting and identification of blockers;
• Follow up on actions and ensure they are forwarded to the responsible teams;
• Proactively collect the information necessary for the evolution of processes;
• Organize and maintain documentation in shared files and repositories, ensuring consistency and accessibility;
• Contribute to the review and "cleanup" of old TOM processes, promoting their closure or evolution;
• Support the continuous improvement of the organization and management of process information;

• Experience or interest in IT Risk & Compliance activities / TOM processes
• Project management skills (planning, monitoring, and organization of tasks)
• Strong organizational capacity and attention to detail;
• Proactivity and autonomy in the execution of tasks;
• Good communication and interaction skills with stakeholders;
• Ability to collect and consolidate information from different sources;
• Critical spirit and focus on results (including the closure of pending processes);
• Ease in working in teams and in multidisciplinary environments;
• Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written (preferred);
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, teamwork;
• Autonomy, proactivity, commitment and critical thinking;
• Organizational, structuring and systematization skills.

Deloitte's Internal IT department is responsible for Client support and the coordination of other internal projects within Deloitte Global within the scope of this area's activities. Its teams are responsible for application development (Business Applications) and for the management and operation of the technical infrastructure supporting applications and the business (Infrastructure and Operations).
