WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

Strengthen the Financial Systems team, integrated within the IT Delivery & Operations department, which has the mission of ensuring the operability and evolution of the financial platforms and applications under its responsibility, aligned with the business strategy and priorities. You will be at the forefront of the financial processes supported in SAP S/4HANA - accounting, budgeting, forecast, and reporting - but also Real Estate and Logistics, as well as the planning, budgeting, and consolidation supported in SAP BPC, and the SAP FSCD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger) solutions.

You will be challenged to:

• Lead the definition of your structure's action strategy, ensuring its implementation in the areas under your responsibility and ensuring the fulfillment of operational objectives through the activity plan of your areas of intervention;
• Ensure the functional evolution of the financial platforms in SAP S/4HANA (with emphasis on the FI, CO, RE, and LOG modules and the FSCD and FPSL solutions), ensuring alignment between financial, accounting, and insurance processes and the system's capabilities;
• Report progress and anticipate deviations from the activity plan, identifying problems or situations with an impact on objectives and proposing alternative resolution solutions;
• Listen to, manage expectations of, influence, and mobilize different stakeholders (internal and external - namely the Finance, Accounting, and Actuarial areas), promoting a relationship of trust and synergies that expedite problem resolution;
• Ensure the correct sizing and structuring of teams (internal and external), as well as an allocation of resources (human and material) adjusted to needs, in order to guarantee the expected results;
• Manage and motivate the work teams under your responsibility, ensuring their commitment and involvement with delivery and with the quality of service/results;
• Foster a culture of communication through continuous feedback and feedforward, supporting the professional development of people through the sharing of knowledge and best practices, encouraging creativity and accountability through the delegation of activities.
