Food Service Assistant (m/f) | Part-time

Together we want to do more and care better. We are hiring a Food Service Assistant (m/f) to join the Hotel Management service at Hospital CUF Trindade and Hospital CUF Porto, on a Part-time basis.

• Management of the food service process for the inpatient customer according to defined service standards, ensuring compliance with the prescribed diet therapy and indications given by the nutrition team, regarding choice, delivery, and collection;

• Supervises compliance with good hygiene and food safety standards by the supplier responsible for inpatient catering;

• Supervises the supplier's compliance with the food choices delivered to the inpatient customer, respecting the technical sheets and defined assumptions;

• Prepares meal samples of those delivered to the inpatient unit.

• Completion of 9th year of schooling or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);

• Training in health and/or experience in the field or in a hospital cafeteria (preferred);

• Fluency in the English Language (preferred);

• Residency permit in Portugal, in the case of foreign candidates (mandatory);

• Availability for rotating shifts, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (rotating days off);

• Direct employment contract with CUF;
