Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with active registration with the Ordem dos Enfermeiros;
Practical experience in the Coordination of Nursing teams;
Experience in resource management, roster planning, onboarding, and training of new members;
Professional experience in Primary Health Care (Health Centers);
Solid knowledge of Primary Health Care protocols, triage flows, and clinical safety standards;
Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and multidisciplinary teamwork;
Ability to monitor and interpret operational metrics;
A passion for practical problem-solving;
Availability to travel to physical units whenever necessary.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Nursing Coordinator to be the link between the Nursing Directorate and day-to-day operations, ensuring team support and service quality.

In this role, you will have cross-functional responsibility over the different Nursing teams, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into concrete, monitored, and measurable action plans.

Coordinate and support nursing managers in resolving day-to-day clinical and operational challenges;
Provide direct and daily support to the nursing team, helping to resolve doubts and unforeseen issues quickly;
Collaborate with the Nursing Directorate to maintain the alignment of the entire operation;
Present reports on global operational performance, identifying team needs, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
Ensure the consistency of processes and quality standards between Health Centers (USF/UCSP) and Triage;
Monitor team capacity management, from roster planning and onboarding to continuous development and talent retention;
Implement practical projects in the nursing area, monitoring their results.
