Requirements

What we're looking for

Completed 12th year of schooling or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory);
Residency permit in Portugal, in the case of foreign candidates(mandatory);
Availability for shifts and rotating days off - from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (mandatory);

Nice to have

Experience in face-to-face customer service (preferable);
IT proficiency and good ability to use different tools simultaneously (preferable);
Administrative experience (preferable);
Experience in the healthcare sector (preferable);
Knowledge of English (preferable);

What you'll do

Provide the best in-person customer service;
Receive, support, and direct customers;
Schedule appointments and exams within the services provided at the unit;
Ensure the billing of services performed by clients through agreements with external entities;
Interact with the medical and nursing team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
