The role

What you'll do

- Participate in the development and optimization of mechanical components for the eBike Drive Unit;

- Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings, applying geometric and dimensional tolerancing standards (GD&T);

- Execute thermal and structural simulations (FEM), analyzing component performance under real usage conditions;

- Support the validation of design solutions through the monitoring of thermal, mechanical, and environmental protection (IP) laboratory tests;

- Contribute to the analysis of test results and to the implementation of product improvements based on the data obtained;

- Collaborate in the preparation of components for prototyping and pre-series, ensuring compliance with manufacturing requirements;

- Support the selection of materials and the geometric optimization of components, ensuring the technical and economic viability of the solutions;

- Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports, supporting the product development process;

- Work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to implement new technical solutions;

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, proposing innovative ideas with impact on the department.

What differentiates you

- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;

- Knowledge in Mechanical Design and CAD Modeling, Simulation and Validation, Manufacturing Processes and Industrialization;

- Organization and Responsibility;

- Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
