Food Quality and Safety Technician

• Ensure compliance with good hygiene and traceability practices.
• Implement and maintain quality and food safety management systems (HACCP)
• Perform internal audits and support customer or certification audits;
• Develop and implement internal work procedures that guarantee compliance with the HACCP Plan; maintain updated documentation (Technical Data Sheets, etc.)  
• Ensure compliance with national and European food safety legislation;
• Manage and monitor non-conformities and corrective/preventive action plans;
• Promote internal training and awareness regarding good practices;
• Collaborate with the operational team to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve Quality;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and products

• Higher education in a relevant field (Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent)
• Experience in food safety (preferably Catering)
• Knowledge of HACCP, food legislation, and food safety standards
• Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving
• Clear and assertive communication
• IT knowledge from a user perspective
• Driving license and availability for travel
• Knowledge of English
• Preferential factor: CCP Trainer certification.
