The role

You will join the Order to Fulfill (O2F) team, a central area for ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Support the use and optimization of SAP S/4HANA;
Identify opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement;
Create procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation;
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
Support digital transformation and operational efficiency projects;
Collaborate with different areas of the company, understanding the connection between processes, systems, and business.
