The role

What you'll do

Support in the maintenance of the registration tool and follow-up of quality issues;
Communication of non-conformities of purchased components to suppliers;
Follow-up of the NCR report for line/field returns (purchased components with deviations) with suppliers;
Analyze line/field returns (purchased components with deviations) and align necessary containment measures;
Coordination of containment actions;
Prepare presentations and analyses using AI and other IT tools (PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.) for a comprehensive and structured approach.

How you'll work

Duration: 12 months

What differentiates you

Academic Background in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar areas;
Experience in new technology tools;
Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;
Positive attitude and focus on continuous improvement;
Curious and proactive profile.
