What is it like to be an Automotive Mechanical Engineer?

- Provide technical support to dealers, diagnosis, and resolution of anomalies;

- Supervise and coordinate activities related to vehicle repairs and maintenance;

- Prepare technical training for the team of technicians and other workshop employees;

- Administer and manage warranty processes, ensuring product compliance based on company policies and regulations;

- Create and update operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in after-sales services;

- Identify opportunities for improvement in after-sales service processes and implement measures to optimize efficiency.

- Integration into a young and dynamic team;

- Possibility of permanent employment within the company.

- Training in the field of Automotive Engineering or Automotive Mechanics (Mechatronics);

- Eligible for a professional internship (non-mandatory factor);

- Good knowledge of internal diagnostic tools (BERTON, TEXA, BOSCH);

- Strong sense of responsibility and organization;

- Communication and problem-solving skills;

- Management, critical analysis, and adaptability;

- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) – Mandatory Factor.
