We are looking for a Lead Robotics Engineer to take on a central role in the development of advanced robotic platforms and autonomous systems, contributing directly to the company's technological innovation and the technical leadership of high-complexity projects.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for robotics, engineering vision, and the motivation to lead technical teams, promoting technological excellence, innovation, and efficient execution. This role combines hands-on development with technical coordination and strategic influence on the evolution of the company's products and solutions.

What you'll do

Lead the development and integration of robotic solutions and autonomous systems, focusing on hardware, embedded systems, and multidisciplinary integration;
Participate in defining the architecture of robotic platforms, ensuring robustness, performance, scalability, and reliability;
Technically oversee engineering projects from conception to implementation, ensuring technical quality, achievement of objectives, and efficient delivery;
Technically coordinate engineering teams, promoting best practices in development, integration, and validation;
Guide and support the technical growth of more junior engineers, helping to build a strong culture of learning and innovation;
Work closely with software, electronics, mechanics, and integration teams to develop complex and technologically differentiating solutions;
Contribute to strategic technical decisions, the technological roadmap, and the evolution of the company's platforms;
Participate in the analysis and resolution of complex technical challenges in R&D and product development environments.
