Project Manager - Buildings

ANA is part of the VINCI Group, which is the world's leading private operator in its sector, managing a network of more than 70 airports in 14 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

The Engineering and Asset Management Directorate intends to strengthen its team by recruiting a Project Manager to join the Buildings area, whose main functions will be:

• Integrated management of airport building projects, both in new constructions and remodeling interventions, covering airside and landside, including commercial infrastructures, parking lots, curbside areas and accesses, as well as architecture and specialty components;
• Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders throughout the entire investment life cycle, from the identification of the need to final acceptance, including the management of procurement processes for external partners (consultants, designers, reviewers, supervision, and contractors), project development, and technical monitoring during the construction phase;
• Design and development of preliminary studies, layouts, and base programs, as well as the preparation of terms of reference and tender specifications, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
• Technical analysis and negotiation of proposals, with the preparation of decision-support reports during the various stages of the procurement processes;
• Strategic planning, cost estimation, and definition of implementation phases, in coordination with other ongoing investments and projects.
