Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering and Industrial Management, Informatics, Systems, Computer Science, or similar;
Basic knowledge of project management concepts (for example, baseline and risk management);
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
Interest in digital tools for portfolio and project management support (for example, MS Project and PPM);
Availability to learn project execution methodologies (Agile/Hybrid);
Good knowledge of English (oral and written).

The role

ANA is part of the VINCI Group, which is the world's leading private operator in its sector, managing a network of more than 70 airports in 14 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

The CIO Office Area, which works transversally with all IT teams, intends to recruit for a professional internship to provide support to the Project and Portfolio Management area.

What you'll do

Support the monitoring of the IT project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure;
Collaborate in monitoring the progress of projects and the portfolio, supporting the preparation of regular reports and the identification of deviations and opportunities for improvement;
Collaborate with different areas, including airports, in the planning and operationalization of IT projects;
Support the management of project risks, budget, and resources, contributing to risk identification, the definition of mitigation measures, and the efficient use of resources;
Participate in the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management processes, contributing to the optimization of the methodologies, tools, and practices used.
